La mayoría de metales útiles en el mundo, Hierro, se extraen de mineral de hierro. Es la roca de la que el hierro metálico se puede extraer económicamente. El mineral de hierro es una sustancia mineral que, cuando se calienta en presencia de un agente reductor, producirá hierro metálico (Fe). El mineral de hierro, por lo general, muy rica en óxidos de hierro (Fe3O4 y Fe2O3). Minerales de hierro son en su mayoría de color gris oscuro a rojo oxidado en color y alta gravedad específica.

Tipos de mineral de hierro: 

Dos tipos principales de mineral de hierro utilizados para la toma de hierro - La magnetita (Fe3O4) y Hematites Fe2O3). Minerales de hierro comunes incluyen:

 

            Hematite - Fe2O3 - 70 percent hierro

            Magnetite - Fe3O4 - 72 percent hierro

            Limonita - Fe2O3 + H2O - 50 por ciento a 66 por ciento de hierro

            Siderita - FeCO3 - 48 por ciento de hierro

 El mineral de hierro es la fuente de hierro primario para las industrias de hierro y acero en el mundo. Por tanto, es esencial para la producción de acero, que a su vez es esencial para mantener una base industrial fuerte.

Casi todos (98%) de mineral de hierro se utiliza en la fabricación de acero. El mineral de hierro se extrae en unos 50 países. Los siete más grande de estos países productores representan alrededor de las tres cuartas partes de la producción mundial total. Australia y Brasil juntos dominan las exportaciones de mineral de hierro del mundo, cada uno con alrededor de un tercio de las exportaciones totales.

Grados de Mineral de Hierro:

El mineral de hierro generalmente se clasifica como de alto grado (+ 65% Fe), de grado medio (62-65% Fe) y de bajo grado (-62% Fe). Por lo general, las plantas integradas de acero (ISP) utilizan medio / alto grado de mineral de hierro, mientras que las plantas de esponja de hierro requieren mineral de hierro única de alto grado, preferentemente, con un + 67% de Fe.

(1) Lumpy / Fine Ore:  Mineral de Hierro se comercializa en bultos (es decir, el mineral de tamaño) o en multas. Producción / disponibilidad de grumos se limita, en virtud de la presencia natural y también debido a la generación de gran cantidad de multas durante la trituración de grandes grumos presentes en el período de -mines (ROM).

 (2) Natural Pellet:  Es un término acuñado por los productores en algunos países asiáticos, para designar el mineral de hierro de tamaño utilizado directamente en la producción de hierro esponja.

(3) Azul polvo: Azul polvo es el nombre dado al natural, muy friable, de alto grado de hematita mineral de hierro en polvo.

8. DELIVERY SCHEDULE: After signing the final contract and once verified and accepted the letter of credit the delivery of the Iron Ore will begin as agreed between the parties. 

PAYMENT: Irrevocable, Non-Transferable, Documentary Letter of Credit (LC) for the monthly delivery, payable 100% at sight, at loading port, to Seller Bank, against presentation of shipping documents as per contract. LC will be issued on amount for covering the total monthly quantity. PERFORMANCE BOND: 2% .

INSPECTION: Quantity, Quality, & Analysis Report by SGS or equivalent.

 PROCEDURES: 1. Seller sends FCO, buyer sign FCO and return to Seller. 2. Seller send Draft Contract, buyer amend contract and returns. 3. The Seller signs and seals Contract and sends back to the Buyer. 4. The Buyer within 5 (five) days after the signing of the Contract shall issue to the Seller’s Bank, IRREVOCABLE, LETTER OF CREDIT, covering 1 (ONE) month’s shipment. Delivery starts on the basis of the Contract – within 25-30 days after Seller receiving the payment instrument (LC) All ICPO, NCNDA-IMFPA & POF will be verify, fake POF will be reported to the authorities immediately at Interpol office in Lyon France. http://www.interpol.int / Contact-INTERPOL under the EU new directive laws.
